Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?	Order quantities are flexible and evaluated based on product specifications, customization requirements and project scope.
Are samples available?	Yes. Samples are available at an additional cost. Sample fees may be credited toward bulk orders depending on the final order quantity.
How long does production take?	Bulk production typically takes approximately 3–4 months after final confirmation, depending on product complexity, order volume and production capacity.
What are your shipping terms?	Our standard quotation is based on FOB Yantian, Shenzhen, unless otherwise agreed.
Can you help with international shipping?	Under FOB terms, customers normally arrange international freight after the goods are delivered to the designated port. Where needed, we can also help connect customers with logistics or import partners.
Can customers arrange factory inspections?	Yes. Factory visits and pre-shipment inspections can be arranged upon request.
Can customers use their own packaging supplier?	Yes. We can source packaging from our suppliers, coordinate with customer-designated suppliers, or work with packaging supplied directly by the customer.
What product documentation can you provide?	Product specifications, testing data and relevant shipping documentation can be provided based on the confirmed product and order requirements.
Do your Christmas trees come with a warranty?	Our artificial Christmas trees generally come with a 3-year product warranty, subject to the agreed product specifications and warranty terms.
