Every production order begins with an agreed reference. Samples may go through several rounds of refinement before the final design, specifications, pricing, and delivery schedule are confirmed.

Once approved, the project moves into production planning, where material requirements, workforce allocation, equipment, and manufacturing schedules are coordinated around the order.

Sample Development

Developing and refining samples according to project requirements, with photographs or physical samples provided for review.

Final Approval

Confirming the approved sample, product specifications, pricing, order details, and delivery schedule.

Production Preparation

Translating approved sample information into production documentation and arranging the materials, equipment, and workforce required.

Production Execution
