From final inspection to shipment-ready cartons, every artificial Christmas tree is carefully packed to ensure product protection, efficient shipping, and compliance with customer-specific packaging requirements.
For pre-lit trees, we conduct a full assembly and lighting test before packaging, including checks of light functions and overall performance. Product labels, hang tags, instruction manuals, and other required materials are then added according to each customer’s specifications.
Before packing, branches are carefully folded, arranged, and compressed to protect the tree shape while making efficient use of carton space. Larger tree sections and wire-frame trees may also be securely tied before being placed into the carton.
Trees are divided into sections based on their height, structure, and packing requirements. Smaller trees are typically packed in fewer sections and cartons, while larger trees may be divided into multiple sections and packed across several cartons for easier handling and better protection.
Depending on the product and customer requirements, protective materials may include bubble wrap, EPE foam, paper inserts, poly bags, EPS foam, or air-column packaging. We can also accommodate market-specific requirements, such as plastic-free packaging solutions using paper-based alternatives.
Carton dimensions are determined through sample packing and carton-fit testing to achieve the right balance between product protection and shipping efficiency. Carton material and strength can also be selected according to the customer’s distribution method, including requirements for mail-order and e-commerce shipping.
We support fully customized packaging programs, including color boxes, shipping cartons, labels, hang tags, instruction manuals, service cards, and other branded materials. Packaging artwork and samples can be prepared for customer approval before mass production.
Proper packaging is about more than fitting a tree into a box. We carefully evaluate carton dimensions, materials, internal protection, and product positioning to help reduce damage during handling and international transportation while optimizing carton and container space.
