Finished Goods Storage
Organized Before Dispatch.
Once production is complete, finished goods are placed on pallets, identified, and stored in our finished goods warehouse.
Orders are prepared for dispatch according to their scheduled shipping requirements, connecting completed production with the next stage of fulfillment.
Container Loading Planning
Different Products. One Coordinated Load.
A single shipment may contain multiple tree sizes, product styles, and carton dimensions.
We arrange container loading according to the customer's order requirements, taking the product mix and available loading space into consideration.
Loading arrangements vary from shipment to shipment, with container utilization planned around the actual carton specifications and order composition.
Before the Container Leaves
Preparation Beyond the Warehouse Door.
Before loading, containers are checked using a seven-point inspection procedure.
Goods are then arranged for loading according to the shipment plan and customer requirements.
The objective is to move completed orders from warehouse storage into their designated containers through an organized loading process.
Shipment Records
A Record of Every Container.
Shipment documentation is part of our dispatch process.
Our factory maintains photographic loading records for each container, providing a visual record of goods prepared and loaded for shipment.
These records support internal order reference and shipment follow-up.
